Through our Refer a Friend program, Axians employees can recommend professionals from their network who they believe would be a great fit for our teams.
Successful referrals can lead to exciting career opportunities for candidates and a referral bonus for the employee who made the recommendation. It's a win-win for everyone!
Who can participate?
Any employee or contractor who has a contract (employment or services contract) with Axians.
How can you refer someone?
If you know someone that could be a good fit into our Business Unit, in AXIANS, please send an email to recruitment.axianslux@axians.com with the subject: “Refer a Friend”.
How will we reward you?
The employee/contractor responsible for the referral that results in a hiring (services or employment contract), will be rewarded with 500€, which 100€ will be donated, by AXIANS, to a Social Solidarity Organization in her/his behalf.
Social Solidarity Organization
Each year, a meeting will be held with the participants of this program, where they can suggest and present a Social Organization to receive the donation. The selection of the Organization will be done jointly by the group.
Together, we can grow our team and make a positive impact on society.
